Ingredients

Each Glad Rags Menstrual Pad consists of one envelope and two innertable
liners. Open the envelope , place the liners inside , snap the envelope
around your panties with the unseamed side next to your body. Glad Rags are
highly absorbent , and theyre much more comfortable. The cotton flannel feels
good on your skin and theyre designed not to slip or bunch up.
Its a Mini and a Maxi
For heavy flow days use both liners , on a light day you can just use one.
the envelope can be used alone as a panty liner. change your Glad Rags as
often as you would change a disposable. Most womer find 6-9 Glad Rags to
be adequate , and they last for years.
Washing Instructions:
Really simple. Cold water soak or pre-rinse..machine wash and dry.Be sure
to remove the liners from the envelope first. Please wash your Glad Rags
before initial use.
